This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy applies to original artworks and shop purchases. Commissioned artworks are subject to separate Commission Terms and Conditions.

Refunds for original artworks

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the artwork.

To exercise this right, you must notify me in writing within 14 days of delivery.

You then have a further 14 days to return the artwork.

If an artwork arrives damaged in transit:

• You must notify me within 48 hours of delivery

• Clear photographs of the artwork and packaging must be provided

• If damage is confirmed, a refund will be issued once the artwork is returned

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Returns under the 14-day cancellation period

If you cancel your order within 14 days of delivery and the artwork is not damaged, you are responsible for the cost of returning the artwork. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork.
